Registration of Domain Name

Syntechsoft Solutions Inc will register your domain name for you. The actual domain name registration costs will vary depending on the registrar used). However, if you would like to take care of registering the domain name yourself, you will have an opportunity to specify this during the sign-up process. The choice is yours.

What if I already have a domain name

If you already have a registered domain name we can transfer it to our servers for you. When filling out our secure online order form you will be asked whether or not you already have a domain name and if you wish for us to transfer it for you -OR- if you would prefer to do the transfer yourself . We would be glad to perform this operation for you.

I would like to check the availability of my domain name

Do you host international domain names?
Yes, we welcome international domain names. We host domain names with any extension (.com, .net, .org,.cc)

Will I be the owner of my domain name?
Yes, you will most definitely be the owner of your domain name

Could I have multiple domains pointing to the same website?
Yes, we can set this up for you.

Cost for Website Design

Rates vary, depending on skills, timelines, project nature etc. Typically, a Senior Developer would work at the rate of $25/hour

How do you assure confidentiality?

•  We sign NDAs and Confidentiality Agreements as required by you.
•  All our employees are full-time employees, and are bound by the company Confidentiality and Non-Disclosure clauses.
•  Additionally, for sensitive projects, we create isolated cells disconnected from any public network.
•  At a practical level, all CD-Writers need authorization for usage. Internet uploads larger than a threshold also need authorization

Can you guarantee time-bound results?
Yes; in some cases we bear project risks even before the first payment.

How do we keep ourselves informed about progress?
We will send you regular project status reports. We use a combination of pre-determined update schedules (normally email) and ad-hoc meetings (usually tele-conferences, or live chat).

What are the guidelines for contacting technical support?
To serve you better, please keep the following things in mind when contacting technical support: Mention your username and your domain name in the opening sentence of all correspondence. When contacting about a problem, please state exactly what you did and the exact error message you received.
